For the third consecutive time, all professional clubs (L1 and L2) had agreed to publish their individual results, "placing financial transparency among the major initiatives of professional football french," said the LFP in a statement.

The IFA said that the net cumulative knew him as a significant increase, 43%, from 33 million euros in 2005-2006 to 47 million euros.

L1 clubs have earned a profit for the second season in a row. Net earnings rose nearly 43 million euros in 2006-2007 compared with nearly 28 million euros the previous season, an increase of 58%.

According to the LFP, "the dynamism of the activity in 2006-2007 is the result of greater diversification of resources (revenue matches, sponsorship, other products ...)" while sales growth was achieved by 2005-2006 to 84% by the sheer growth of audiovisual rights.

Regarding the quota of foreign players moving into the first division, the LFP notes that "the arrival of players in Ligue 1 remained at a high level (almost identical in number and value in 2005-2006), while departures to the abroad rose in value, but decrease in number. "

"The image of Ligue 1 s'exporte better and better since the clubs have yielded fewer players, but withdrew more money. Ultimately, the balance of transfers value is in excess of 18 million euros , which is the average for the previous 5 seasons (16 million euros). "
